Returns due to right of withdrawal

You may return any product purchased on the lebebeshop.com website within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order.
Personalized products with engravings cannot be returned under any circumstances.

 

Returns for repair under warranty

If you purchased a product on the lebebeshop.com website no more than 24 months ago, you can use our warranty service, subject to verification of the product by the company.

 

Returns for repair NOT under warranty
If you purchased a product on the lebebeshop.com website more than 24 months ago, you can use our customer service to get a quote for repairs.

 

Registration

To make a return request (for right of withdrawal, under warranty, out of warranty) you must register on the website.

 

Method of return (for right of withdrawal or warranty)

Items must be returned intact, with labels attached and original packaging. Any returned items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
Any tampering or processing not authorized by leBebé (including personalization or engraving) will result in the forfeiture of the warranty and therefore any associated requests cannot be accepted.
Packages containing returned items are opened in the presence of video recording, in order to protect the consumer.
Our warranty service reserves the right to assess any manufacturing defects and to proceed with the replacement or repair of the item free of charge. If the flaw is not attributable to a production defect, we will send a quote for the necessary repair work.

 

Return code

The return code generated in this section is an essential condition for the acceptance of the jewelry and for subsequent communications with the sender.
Only shipments bearing the return code on the outside of the parcel will be accepted.

 

Shipping costs

The cost of shipping to our headquarters is payable by the customer.
